What is Accent a Room?
Accent a Room is a thin matte vinyl that is easily transferred to your surface
with a little rubbing, giving you a hand painted look. (Don’t let the word
vinyl scare you it really does look great.) Words are pre-spaced for ease of use
as well as words with designs. Accent Designs can be cut apart and placed where
you desire them.
What surface works best for my designs or words?
Flat smooth surfaces work best. It could be a wall, mirror, ceiling, furniture,
glass or metal. Lightly textured surface will work with a little extra patience.
How long should I wait to apply after I’ve painted my walls?
It is best to wait 2 weeks after a surface has been freshly painted.

How can I be sure of the vinyl color on my computer?
Colors on the web vary from computer to computer. To be sure of a color send
us an email with your name and address and we’ll mail you a color sample.
How are the designs and words measured?
Designs are measured from the highest point to the lowest point.
Words are also measured from the top of the tallest letter to the top of the lowest letter.
How do I clean my designs and words?
Treat Accent a Room as hand painted art, a gentle wipe with a soft cloth and
gentle cleaner. Avoid cleaners with alcohol.
How do I remove my designs or words?
Grab an edge with your fingers or tweezers and gently pull away from surface.
If Accent a Room has been up for awhile it may harden. Just use a blow dryer
to heat up and again, gently pull away from surface. Use a little rubbing alcohol
or "Goo-be Gone" if sticky residue remains on surface. In our experience,
we have not had any problems but Accent a Room cannot be held responsible for
damage to your surface.
